My SME is sending document requests through Adobe Sign but I don't see them in my queue at all. It seems to be isolated with this SME as I have not had this complaint before. He sent me a reminder IM and got the following error, what could be the possible reason for this ?

Please confirm if this error appears on the SME's account. If yes, could you share the SME's email address in a private message so we can check? You may send a private message using the envelope icon at the top right corner of this community page.
Also, could you ask him to check if the document appears on his account under the Manage tab in the In Progress folder?
