The original pdf file contains two doc attachments，The attachment in the pdf disappears after signing? Thanks to anyone for any help you can provide!

This is the only way to add attachments in Adobe Sign as attachments added to the PDF are removed and won't exist in the final signed document.

 

Depending on your plan you can choose if all document are merged into one PDF or kept as separate files after the signed document is return to you.

This is incredibly disappointing.  I spent a very long time creating a document with 12 attachments, links to those attachments embedded within the document, only to have them disappear once everyone signed.  When I tried following the instructions provided here, the links stopped working.  Surely there's a better way to do this.

    Instead of adding the attachments inside of the PDF document. Add them as seperate files when sending the document for signature. see example below.
