As mentioned, the CC recipient is not able to open the document sent for signature. Is this a message affecting the end user who is in CC or to the main user as well?
As error message says, document either corrupted or file type isn't supported. It could be any one of the possibility. He must be viewing online, ask the user to check with a different web browser.
Or you might need to test with any other file or user. There isn't much that can be done with the existing one.
