The files sent by ADOBE arrive to me in a single document, and not separated

Hi everyone, 

I must send the document through ADOBE and they arrive in the case of SALESFORCE taking into account the Thread ID. Previously the document and the auditable report arrived separately, now the two files arrive in one, and this requires a rework because we have to separate them later. Do you know if there is a configuration in ADOBE or SALESFORCE so that they arrive separated again? thank you
