The limit you can send out

Hi,

Looking at a plan for medium-sized business - we send a lot of documents - I have been told each plan only allows 150 per user per year, we send around 200 per month alone,

Is that limit just for templates or actually sending out?

Is it really the case that it would cost in the 1000s to send 1200ish per year?
