Hi, when my clients electronically sign their documents, AdobeSign sends them an email to confirm their signature BEFORE I get the final document. How do I turn this feature OFF?

As mentioned above, the signers get the confirmation email for the signature.

Are you referring to the email with a signed document attached?

If yes, that can be disabled from the Shared Notifications. Please refer to the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/kb/how-to-adjust-email-notifications-in-adobe-sign.html.

 

If you are referring to some other email, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the email recipient receives?
