    Also a ridiculous limitation, how can we TEST our workflows. ADOBE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!

    Just faced this as well.

    My Sharepoint form creates a Word Document, sends the document to Adobe Sign for three signatures and then back to a SharePoint folder.

    I think I need to use my Adobe service account as the account connecting Adobe and Sharepoint

    Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding this issue which you are facing. We are really sorry for the inconvenience it caused to you.

    It would be great if you could help us with the following queries so that we can reproduce it internally and look into it -

    1 ) Could you please specify any additional steps which could lead us to the problem, any information which you think is relevant could  be a great help.A screenshot would be great

    2)  Could you please provide the version of Adobe Acrobat/Reader. (Click on ‘Help’ in menu bar > click on ‘About Adobe Acrobat DC…’ > take a snapshot of popped window). Also specify the OS version.

    3 ) Is the issue reproducible with all the PDF's or is it something that is specific only to certain pdf's ?

    If possible could you please share the PDF files on which you are getting the error ? [personal email address removed by the moderator]

    4) Is this issue starts occurring recently or you are seeing from a long time ?.

      Hello Team,

      What is the ideal solution for this, if the recipient address is same of the owner of AdobeSign, the agreement is not able to be sent. This happens for all Adobe Sign account. Can you please clarify, if it is feature, issue or a limitation. There are cases where the owner also needs to sign the agreement. If any settings needs to be enabled, just let us know.
