Thumbnail not yet ready Issue

Every time I go to send a document for signature I get a Thumbnail not ready yet on each page and I cannot see any of the info and where to place my signature boxes. I changed my preferences to Enable Thumbnail view...it still does it. I cannot submit docs....irritated.
