Timeout using getFormData using Try It Out! Functionality

As the title states, I am unable to download the form data for many of our widgets via the REST API site adobe provides. Every once in awhile, maybe depending on web traffic, the csv file does download. It is only 595KB and has 2,976 lines in it.

The exact call is api/rest/v5/widgets/2AAABLbNOTTHEREALWIDGETID9QZY*/formData

Using fiddler, I am able to see that the response times out after exactly 10 minutes. Why does it take 10 minutes to download a 595kb file? Is it the server processing that is making the request take so long? Using the manage tab on my account, I can see that there are 486 signed documents available. Is this just too many documents for the API to handle this request? This seems odd for an enterprise level service...

I appreciate any help that can be provided.
