Timestamp Incorrect on EchoSign Documents

We have a template that our users utilize when generating documents to sign. 

That template contains a function of now() which is supposed to enter the day's date and current time as of signing. 

When our users receive a document to sign, prior to signing the timestamp is correct; however, when the signing is complete and a copy is downloaded, that downloaded copy shows a time 4 hours previous. 

All global and user settings are set to EST and the user's system clock is correct. I am able to consistently replicate the issue using test documents.
