Timing out issues with Adobe Sign

I have been having ongoing issues with my Adobe Sign product. In 8 ouf 10 attempts - having completed a document ready to send for signature, it refuses to send and finally times out. This has been going on for months. I can take up to 5 or 6 attempts before it will actually send. Each time I have to rewrite the email and reset all the fields and signature panel - NOT HAPPY JAN! I use a Mac (OS Calatina) and have tried using both Chrome and Firefox but have the same problem no matter which browser I use.I've tried removing all my extensions but this does not help.

Does anyone knpw why this is happening, and how I can fix it? I will have to find another e-sign solution if I can't resolve this issue.
