I understand that for an Individual user there is a limit of 150 documents which can be sent for signature per year. Question: Does this limit also affect widgets? is there a limit for clients using a widget to sign a document? - Thanks

Volume limits for accounts apply to all agreements generated by the account. Web Forms, Mega Sign, any discrete Send.
If the account owns the transaction, the transaction counts against the transaction limits.
Agreements you Sign, but did not send, are not owned by your account, so those do not count.
