Hello need our input on this. i have policies and agreements i want new hires to read via Adobe Sign. As the sender, can i have the ability to know if the employee actually viewed the policy before signing or another way is can the signature field be disabled until the policy has been scrolled through.

    Hi Omobolai,

Sorry for the delay in response.

There is no such setting that helps us to know if the signer has read the document or not before signing the documents.

However, the signer will need to scroll through the document to add a signature.

One way is that you can add a field at the end of the document for acceptance of the policies and mark that field as required.

Refer this help document to Assign form fields to recipients.

    Hope that helps.

Let us know if you have any questions.

    Regards,

    Meenakshi
