transientDocuments with base 64

Good Day,

I am trying to integrate my application with Adobe Sign via the API V6, in my application I have a document (pdf) in a base64 string representation. How can I create a transient document, in the samples that I have been through, documents are attached in a RAW format.

Your assistance is much appreciated.
