Trial Account - Claim Domain

Can someone help with the domain claim process please?

I've found this page

Adobe Sign Domain Claiming

but the link to create a support ticket just asks me to log in , then dumps me to the dashboard of my Sign trial.

I can confirm that I am logged, and I've tried using "in private / incognito" mode.
