Trial Adobe Sign - SharePoint Online

Good Morning. I would like to test the trial version, but we have not yet allocated an Admin account for Adobe in Office 365. If we test the trial version using a current SharePoint admin user account, can we change it later to the  AdobeAdmin@domain.co.za account once we purchase the Adobe Sign package?
