Trial and limits

Question

How long is the trial period and what happens at the end of the free trial period if we decide not to sign up? My needs are very basic and I just need to send out forms to collect signatures on a very very infrequent basis. I'm estimating less than 10 documents a month.

I read the forums and it seems like there used to be this 5 free documents for signatures request a month? But it's like not working anymore cos I revisited Adobe Sign recently and I was told to upgrade after requesting for a couple of signatures in a test to see how things work.

So I'm wondering what are my available options and what happens if I happen to exceed my limits in a given month?

It seems hard to reach live support as I keep getting the chatbot. So hoping someone will be able to help please! Thank you 🙂

As you are looking for information about free trials, it depends on the Adobe Sign plan you are looking for.

You may refer to the following page to check the trial period available for the Adobe Sign plans: https://www.adobe.com/sg/sign/pricing/plans.html.

With the free account, you may send up to two transactions in a rolling window of 30 days. We have checked your account and you have already exhausted your 2 transactions for the month.
