Trial Period Expired, I Upgraded And I Still Can't Access My Files. Please Help!

My trial period expired a week ago maybe and I upgraded today. Every time I log in it tells me that my trial has expired and to upgrade even though I did that already. I also already confirmed my email and all of that. Then if I go to send one of my contracts, it gives me an error message and won't let me send.
