Troubles with signing in for a job

I've been trying to use Adobe sign for a job that I've been hired for. They need some online signatures. However, each time I sign into my account through the jobs website it brings me right back to the sign in spot for adobe. I'm really confused on what to do. I've logged back in and out through the website and even changed my adobe password and it still isn't working. What can I do?
