Trying to save old completed documents

Since the UI/IOS recently changed for Adobe Sign, I haven't been able to find documents that were already completed before September, I was wondering how I'd be able to retrieve those documents, since my company needs them. Thanks!

First, I want to apologize for the problems that this is causing you and everyone else. Rest assured that your data is not lost!

We are aware of the problem. We have only loaded the data from July forward at this point for the new system and plan to have the rest of the data loaded soon.

nicholasc52473726​, Everything in your account should have been loaded from July forward. Let me know if the missing agreements fall into that range and I'll be happy to take a look

Mine go back to July, but I'm hoping before then is not lost.  That would be a disaster!
