trying to sign on online pdf, but the web keeps saying I need adobe version 8 or higher. I have pro.

Thank you for reaching out.

As you get the error message mentioned above, try downloading the PDF form and opening it in Acrobat Pro.

You will find the download icon at the top right corner of the same page where the error message appears.

If you still experience any issues, let us know how you open the PDF.
