two different signature fields

I am trying to create a document with two different fields and the client when she signs it somehow is copying one field to the next

    Hello Andrew,

    It seems that the roles assigned to Signature fields are not correct. While placing the fields in the preview page, make sure you set the role correctly. Just double click the field and change the role to specific signer.
