Question

Two of our accounts that use Acrobat Sign are no longer able to use the service (since changing to individual accounts) and keep getting the following error message: "E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."

Both accounts used to be part of a Teams account, but are now just on individual Acrobat Pro accounts.
