Question

Two Party Signature Generation Process?

I have a contract document that needs to be signed first by the tenant and then by the landlord.  Looking for help on how to process this function with Adobe Sign.

I have the contract created and all setup for the tenant to fill-in and sign.  I need to receive back and add my signature and then forward back to the tenant.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

I know someone who is trying to send a similar thing. They want to send the document to the person to sign, they will sign after, and they don't want the first person to be able to download a copy of the document. I'm not that familiar with Adobe Sign. Is that how it usually works? Does it need to be configured to make things work that way?

I am the landlord.  Signature flow.

1. Landlord sends to tenant for signature.

2. Tenant after signing needs to have contract go back to landlord for his signature.

3. Copies of totally executed contract go to both landlord and tenant.

Thanks,

Hey!

Thank you for reaching out.

As you are trying to send the document to tenant, please confirm if you will signing document as landlord?

Also, do you need to forward the final document to tenant for review or you will need further sigantures?

Please share the exact workflow so we can help you with the right information.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thank you for your response.

As the Landlord I will send the contract to my tenant who needs to execute
and I need to have it returned to me (landlord) so that I can sign the
acceptance of the tenant's assigned agreement. I then want the
awfully executed contract with both signatures delivered to each of us.

I hope this makes sense.
