Two step verification major issues

HI 

 

Can anyone possibly help me as Adobe simply can't I have spent over 5 hours and gone through over 10 support assistants for which everyone wanted me to explain the issue again to be told I will get a response to my issues within 24-48 hours which simply is not good enough as it is affecting our business 

 

We have a team account that has two way verification disabled yet everytime one of my team logs in they are asked for a code (over 20 members getting this) does anyone know how to stop this as it is only my email and number associated with this account and I am not based in the same locations as the team members so it is impossible to give them codes all day every day 

We have tried clearing history, using different browsers etc but nothing is working 

This only started yesterday afternoon 

 

I have tried escalating my complaint to management but apparently there are no contact details for management!!
