Type in name before clicking to sign...new feature?

Hello.

When sending documents for signature, usually the recipient just has to click and sign. Now, one of my recipients is having to type in their name before clicking and signing. Is this a new feature? Has she mistakenly enabled some feature? If so, how dowe disable it?
