Unable to access Home or Manage tab in AdobeSign

I can no longer access the Home or Manage tabs in the web-based version of AdobeSign. I was able to send documents for signature on Wednesday, 02/19/2020, and now I am unable to Manage them. Further, I had previously been able to access the Manage tab at least within the past month. I read earlier discussions that this was a known issue in November 2019 as well, but it does not appear to have been resolved. Please advise immediately how I can access the Manage tab.
