Unable to access Sign after id change

I am unable to access by Sign documents after changing my id/email

I'm getting this message

"We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support."

There are several people with the same problem but the solution is given in private messages.

Please help.

I had to contact Adobe helpdesk directly using the chat support feature.

They had to create a temp new account to transfer in my old account details and docs.

Works ok now.
