Unable to change sender name

Can you please email me from support staff who can edit my First & Last name on account so that when people receive emails from me it is the company name? [Personal details removed by the moderator]

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    I see that your Adobe Sign account is registered under your Adobe ID account.

    As you need to change the name on the Adobe Sign account, you will need to first make changes to the name on the Adobe account.

    Hello, I got the same problem, need to change the name for Adobe e-sign and I tried the above steps, I changed the name for the profile and for the account but it's still pulling the old name!
