Unable to create access_token

We just started seeing this issue this morning out of no where:

InvalidArgumentException: Required option not passed: "access_token"

Seems like our maybe our adobesign refresh_token that is used to generate the access_token no longer works. Any ideas? Note, that this is the first time we have seen this issue after years of daily use. We run into this issue when trying to retrieve documents.

Any help on this? We're paying for this adobe service and it isn't working. It is also affecting our user experience.
