Unable to create accounts.. email seems looked!

I have tried a demo account and tried to add som user for signing agreements... but thats seems to be impossible. Im not able to add the email addresses - Why?

I see that you have Acrobat Pro DC subscription, however you Adobe Sign account didn't get automatically configured as you are already holding a cancelled Adobe Sign Global account with your email address.

Could you please drop an email at support@echosign.com with your issue so that we can direct you to the correct team to get this issue resolved.

Hi Mikael,

I am unsure about the problem you are facing here.. It may be the case that the email you are entering is not valid or any other similar issue.

Can you please give more details, following what steps leads to this for you.
