Unable to delete/amend saved templates in joint Adobe account

I work in the IT Department for our company, and a user in our HR department is unable to delete/amend saved templates in their joint HR adobe sign account due to it being owned by a previous employee who has since left the business.

 

Can anyone advise/assist?

Thank you for reaching out.

 

If some other employee created the template, only the template creator could make changes to the template. Others can only use it to send for signature. It is not possible to make changes to that template.

As the user has left the company, I suggest creating a new template.
