Unable to download signed documents through Adobe Signin

Hello, I have been using Adobe sign for awhile now with no problems. A few days ago, I started using a new system, Windows 10, 64 bit. Now, when I try and download a document that I have sent through Adobe sign to someone else, and they sign, I'm unable to download the document. Adobe only gives me the option to print a blank copy. I get the error message below:
