Unable to E-sign without purchasing subscription?

Question

I have been sent an acrobat sign from a big company. I'm sure they have an account.

When I go to the link I get this message I have to sign in for my identity.

Then once I do, it tells me my trial has ended and the only thing I can do is subscribe.

Therefore I cannot sign the form they have sent over.

What can I do? See screenshots.

Thank you for reaching out.

Generally, you do not require sign-in. However, here, you need to sign in for your identity as set by the sender.

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in to the community here. It shows that you were using the trial account for Acrobat Sign Enterprise. Please try signing in with the corporate login. Check if that helps.
