Unable to Edit Documents/Create Widgets - Adobe Sign
Hi all, hoping for some help.
We are unable to create Widgets or edit documents in our account - the following message is received: You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator.
Adobe will not assist us because they are saying the email address on the account cannot be found, even though it is the same email address we use to login and I confirmed that while logged into the account. I was told there is no phone support and chat will not help me. We have had an account for years, so I'm at a complete loss as to what to do now.
