Unable to edit PDF

Question

i have a pdf contract document saved to my server which is edited whenever a new employee starts.  It is not giving me the "blue Boxes" to input employee name/dates/salary, etc.  How do i fix that it will do that.  There are other users thats use this same document and they are able to edit the PDF and input info in those boxes.

Hi,Please try the following:Open Acrobat/ReaderGo to Edit > PreferencesSelect Forms from the categories on the leftUnder 'Highlight Color' pane,Check the option 'Show border hover color for fields'Also check the color for 'Field Highlight Color'You can also try this:If you see a purple color bar on the top of the form with 2 buttons on the right: 'Highlight Existing Field' & 'Submit Form'. Click on the 'Highlight Existing Field'.Let me know if this works for you.
