Unable to get signed documents as separate files.

Even after setting the field in Account Setting as 'Dont merge documents', I am receiving the signed documents as single PDF instead of seperate files. Any suggestions?

Did you ensure that you saved after changing the accounts settings (bottom of screen). Also did you change them under the Account Settings and not under Groups> Group Settings.

Accounts Tab> Account Settings> Global Settings> Merge multiple document into one document after signing> Keep documents seperated.
