When I tried to configure the adobe in Salesforce sandbox it raised an error (Adobe Acrobat Sign Authentication Error: access_denied : Please contact Adobe Acrobat Sign support to make sure your account is ready to use Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. Your account tier may not be at the proper level to proceed.), it looks like we can't use the Adobe Acrobat Sign for Salesforce. Is there anything that I need to setup on my account?

Hi Sumant K,

Thank you for reaching out.

We have checked that you are using Acrobat Pro DC as a part of the Enterprise license that includes the Acrobat Sign Individual plan.

The Acrobat Sign Individual plan does not include the integration feature. That is the reason you are not able to configure Adobe in Salesforce.

You will need the Acrobat Sign Enterprise plan to get the integration feature.

For more details about different plans, please refer to the following help page: https://www.adobe.com/sign/pricing/plans.html

Let us know if you have questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Got it, thank you so much for your response, @Meenakshi Negi

I'll check with my admin and get those set up for me.
