unable to log in to adobe sign

I changed my user id yesterday, and I can log into adobe.com just fine. However, when I try to log in to adobe sign I get this error message.

We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support.

Any suggestions would be useful.
