Unable to login into Amazon my Doc via Adobe sign

Amazon my docs requires you to use adobe sign to E sign their documents. After signing into amazon my doc you are asked to sign into Adobe my sign. When I try an error code is displayed. I logged into my adobe account through the normal portal and had no problem but I am ubable To log in through amazon my docs. Has anyone had this problem and possibly know the solution? I have reached out to adobe twice with no help. They have directed me here.
