Unable to register developer account
Hi,
I developed an integration with the Echosign SOAP API several years ago.
I have been told that this API is going to be dropped imminently, so am looking to change to use the REST API with some urgency.
I am having an issue with my developer account. If I log in I can see that I am using a trial account, but there is no facility to create an application. I try to re-register for a developer account, go through the validation process, and get a message stating
'Thank you for choosing Adobe Sign trial. Your account is being provisioned and you’ll be notified by email once it’s ready to use'
I first tried this a week ago and have not received an email or had any further functionality added to my account.
I have been unable to find any account support contact details to enquire about why this might be, the only place I can ask the question appears to be this forum.
As I mention, there is some urgency in this as Adobe are soon dropping support for a perfectly functioning integration.
