Unable to request signature: Please contact your administrator to access this feature.

Hi,

When I try to request signature using https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/?dropinId=verb-sendforsignature I get the following error:

Contact your administrator
Please contact your administrator to access this feature.

According to my IT admin everyone in the org has access to this feature.
