Unable to scroll down on my web form

Question

I am currently trying to help get this company's paperwork digitally on their wordpress site. I am running into issue though. It seems that the iframe allows me to scroll when I'm creating the page. But once it is published I am unable to. I am wondering there's something I need to add to the code or is this just how Adobe's web forms operate.

Could you please share the screen recording of what happened? It is not clear from the screenshot.

Does the issue occur only when the document is published on the iFrame? We need more information to investigate this behavior further.
