Unable to see document for signing

Hi,

I am sharing documents for signing to multiple contacts but one of the users is unable to see the documents for signing.  If I share as "complete in any order" and have not added the signature field he can only see the blank additional page where signature would appear on completion. If I specify the signature fireld, he can only see the page that the signature field is on and not any of the other docus contained in the file. If sent as "Complete in Order" he can only see the page that has the signature on too and not the full document.

Has anyone else seen this issue before and is there a solution to this?

Could you please confirm if you are sending the document only to that recipient or if other signers have added it to that document?

Let us know how you have added signature fields for the signer.

Share the Acrobat Sign service plan you are using.

Hi Meenakshi,

When I send a document to only that person, they can see all of the pages fine. It's when I send it to them with other signers on it too that they have issues with seeing more than just the page that is being signed.

I've tried sending it in several variations:

- Complete in any order without signature fields on

- Complete in any order with signature fields

- Complete in order without signature fields on

- Complete in order with signature fields

 

 I'm not sure of the service plan as the account is through my company but I've not had anyone else (within the company or externally) have the same issue so far.
