Thanks,

Hi Hilda,

Hope you are doing well!

We have checked your account via the email address you used to sign in here in the community.

It seems that you are using the Acrobat Pro DC as part of your organization's End term license agreement. Generally, Acrobat Pro DC includes Adobe Sign individual plan. Would like to inform you that Adobe Sign individual has been removed from the Acrobat Pro DC in ETLA offers. For more information, please refer to the following page: https://its.unc.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/337/2020/06/FAQ-RemoveSignIndividual-6.4.2020-External.pdf.

The Adobe Sign that is registered with the same email address as above shows as a free account. With the free Adobe Sign account, you get two free transactions in a rolling window of 30 days. However, as we look into your account, you have already exhausted those two transactions for the month.

In this case, we suggest you reach out to your IT administrator at your organization to check if they can provide you access to the Adobe Sign Enterprise service plan.

If you are using a different email address to access your Adobe Sign account, please share the email address in the private message with us. You may initiate a private message using the envelope icon provided at the top right corner of this community page.

Let us know if you have a question or need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
