Unable to Send Documents

Question

I am trying to send a contract to a client for signture - something I have been regularly doing for ages and all of a sudden I am getting a message to say it is unable to be sent. I have tried re-saving it but nothing is working.  I am attaching the error message below.  Thanks....

Thank you for reaching out.

It seems to be an issue with the document you are trying to send.

Try sending the current and test files to your alternate email address and check if you get the same error.

Would you mind sharing the document you are sending for signature? We can test it at our end to find the root cause.
