Error Message when I log into my Adobe Sign account
We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. Please contact your IT administrator or Adobe support.
I don't remember what my old username was before i changed it. It may have been [ Email id removed] . But I have changed it to [ Email id removed]
I get an error message when I try and send a document for signature to one of my clients.
Error Message when trying to send doc for signature: "Could not send: An error has occurred. Please try again."
Please, I need to get this document out today. I appreciate your assistance with this urgent matter.
