Unable to send for sign: issue with Id change
I cannot access the Adobe Sign service to send out PDF for sign. It used to work until I changed the email address of my Adobe account, now I always get this error message:

I've already contacted the technical support two times... Both operators said that the there is a problem in my account and it must be fixed by Adobe tech dept in India.
After waiting for 10 days, I'm still waiting and nothing has been done. What am I paying for if the only solution is to open an account with DocuSign?
Being unable to send out contracts for 10 days means that my company is loosing clients and money! Adobe, are you reading this? Is there any indian technician available to fix this issue or everyone is resting?
