Unable to send for signature files pre-signed with QES

Question

From around a month or so, I am not any more able to send fro signature files presigned with Qualified Electronic Signature.
This is the message that I am receiving:

Just to clarify - I do not check this box:

Can someone, pease advice if this is something that I can fix, or what has caused this problem, as it was working successfully for years until now.

Please let us know if you are saying that a document which is digitally signed does not uplaod in Acrobat Sign. If yes, could you please confirm if the similar signed document were uploading before without any issues?

Would you mind sharing the document in private message so we can check what might be causing this behavior?
