Unable to send template

Good morning,

I've sent out a template many times recently but now I'm unable to send any at all. The page gets stuck in the "preparing file for esigning..." loadscreen. 

I've tried clearing my sessions and recreating the file from scratch. Different web browsers, different computers, to no avail.

Any advice would be appreciated.
